概述：

◎本设备带有四只搅拌翅，无需人工炒制，锅体可倾，液压控制出料非常方便，采用背面集中排出废气，作业舒适安全，搅拌翅在锅内自转和公转，能增强独特炒制效果，煤气燃烧供热，适用于炒制（或烘焙）蔬菜、鱼肉、调味品、药材等，常用于餐饮、烘焙、食品加工等行业。

主要结构及工作原理：

▇Brief

◎It works with four blending shafts and the body is tiltable.

Hydraulic pressure control makes dumping convenient.Exhausting the waste gas from back makes operation comfortable and safely.Mixing shafts rotating and revolving strengthen the effect of frying.Mode of heating is coal gas.It's used to frying and baking meat,vegetables,medical materials and so on.

▇主要结构及工作原理

◎本机由PLC控制系统、称重计量系统、搅拌机构、锅体、油箱、液压传动回路、电气部分、燃烧管路、安全装置及底座等部分组成。

◎关闭油阀门向油箱内注入指定油量，试运转确认搅拌翅为顺时针方向旋转，点燃煤气，根据使用的气源调节相应的气压值。人工加入食用油，待油温达以烹调温度时加入适量的物料，炒制过程中，按操作盘上旋转按钮，进行自动搅拌，炒熟后先将搅拌翅翻转上去，再按操作盘上的前倾键，使锅体翻转倾斜，将物料倒入另一容器内。

◎结束后关闭煤气开关。

▇Main Structure And Principle of Running

◎Made up of PLC control system,weightometer quantity system,backblending device,body of Kettle,oil tank,hydraulic drive circuit,electronics,burning pipe line,security device and bed.

◎Closes the valve and fills oil into the tank,makes the shafts rotates clockwise,then ignites the coal gas and adjusts the press ure accordingly.nest,puts edible oil into by hand,after got to the cooking temperature,adds the raw materials in it,presses the button to blending automatically,Finally tilts the body and dumps the cooked food

◎Shuts off gas.
