我公司生产的CZG系列卧式真空搅拌锅，技术性能良好，操作简单方便，可广泛应用于多种物料（如调味品、肉制品、豆沙）的搅拌加热。

1、本机使用蒸汽加热系统，便于控制热源，清洁卫生，维修简单方便，操作安全，使用最少量高效蒸汽压力（3.0Kg/cm2可定制），适于高温加热。

2、本机配有螺旋叶羽和搅拌装置，使物料循环流动并使其充分混合。同时，通过搅拌装置，不断的将已热物料和未加热物料混合均匀。

3、采用SWC物控系统，可在整个操作（加热和搅拌）过程中供给物料所需最精确的热量。（可选）

4、回收管道设计为节能方式，可节省能源。

5、罐体为最佳设计，有助于加热或冷却过程中热量的有效流动和利用。

6、所有部件（包括缸体）均采用304不锈钢材料和其它抗腐蚀材料，桨叶可移动（拆卸），便于清洗和更换。

7、通过速度控制系统可选择适宜的搅拌速度。

8、采用PLC控制（包括时间、重量、温度、在线记录）。

9、采用称重计量系统，精度1‰。（可选）

10、温度自动控制。

11、重量、温度、时间断电后数据自动记忆。

12、配置轴头清洗。

Product characteristics

The steam mixer or CZG series which are produced by our company are good in technology characteristics,easy and convenient for operating,It is widely used in mixing and cooking many ingredients such as seasoning food,meat food.sweetened bean paste and so on.

1、 By adopting steam heating controllable system,it facilitates the control of  heat source,maintenance and safety operating.And the maximum working steam pressure is available up to 3.0Kg/cm2  which fitting for high-temperature cooking

2、 With the combination of our exclusive spiral blades and the scraping device,the foodstuffs are moved from side to side and blended evenly.At the same time,the exclusive scraping and-folding motion promotes to mix particles and ingredients quickly and homogenizing the ingredients.

3、 By using programmable controller with SWC,it is possible to automate the whole operation during the heating.&stirring process and keep the delicate flavours of the products.(Optional)

4、 Fuel cost is reduced thanks to the steam returning piping system which is designed to save energy.

5、 The shape is designed to perform heat transfer effective and evenly during heating or cooling.

6、 All parts including kettle are contracted of 304 stainless steel and other non-corrosive material.The blades are readily removable for cleaning and replacement .

7、 Appropriate mixing speed is selected easily by the through control system.
